"This is another school scheduled to be renovated once we get the "green light." This school is located in a rural area and has a student population of 400. Like most schools in the rural areas, the boys attend in the morning and the girls go in the afternoon. Unlike most schools in the states, Iraqi children go to school 6 days a week. Their only day off is Friday as it is considered a religious holy day, much like our Sundays."# posted by MLub : 3:28 PM
