"SSG Farr with the help of his interpreter, explain to villagers the process for getting projects nominated by the Iraqi government. As I have explained in the past, the Coalition Forces were able to build schools or work on other projects without really including the Iraqi government in the process. Now with a legitimate government in place, we educate the people on how to use their government and make them work for the people. We also tell them if the people they elected can’t help them, then to vote them out of office. I’ve even encouraged some of the more vocal people to run for office…
